Rubber Compression Moulding

Compression moulding is arguably the simplest form of rubber moulding. Pressure and heat are combined to create shapes from rubber.

Recommended for Low to Medium Volume

Compression moulding is a process that utilises pressure and heat to create shapes from rubber. A press is used to apply force to a mould tool which heated to cure rubber permanently into the desired shape. This process is arguably the simplest form of rubber moulding and is ideally suited to low to medium volumes due to the relative low cost of tooling.

Aldona products have an extensive range of compression moulding presses for a wide range of size and complexity of parts.
