Aldona can provide additional operations to deliver a turnkey component. Aldona’s assembly cell provide high quality, on time, globally competitive solutions to our customers.
In addition to moulding components, Aldona is able to perform assembly of parts and secondary operations. Such operations include pre-mould bond coating for rubber-to-metal bonding, machining, cutting, press fitting of parts and hygienic cleaning.
Within the Aldona facility is housed a comprehensive machine shop, assembly floor, fully equipped quality inspection area and ISO Class 7 clean room facility (pictured above). Aldona’s research and development department consists of CAD, FEA, and CFD software, a dedicated prototyping area and a team of world-class engineers and materials specialists.
