Rubber Die Cutting

Repeatable geometric shapes are produced from a flat rubber sheet or strip. Ideal for constant thickness components.

Rubber components from a flat sheet

Rubber die cutting is a process for producing repeatable geometric shapes from flat rubber sheet or strip. The process is ideally suited to gaskets and flat seals, however rubber die cutting is also applicable for any other part with a constant thickness, such as anti-slip for damping components. The benefits of die cutting include low tooling costs and economy of production for low volumes.

Aldona Products is able to produce rubber die cut component to various thickness and of various materials as well as provide advice on the suitability of the process.
