Rubber Injection Moulding

Rubber material is injected into a tool cavity, cured, cooled, and then released. Widely considered the most efficient means of moulding rubber components.

Recommended for High Volume

Injection moulding is ideally suited to high volume production. The process involves the injection of rubber material into a tool cavity where it is cured, before the part is cooled and released from the tool. This process may be considered the most efficient means of moulding rubber components due to the rapid cycle times and autonomy of the process. Parts are able to be produced with relatively low unit cost compared to other methods of rubber moulding.

The Aldona facility houses a range of equipment for all rubber injection moulding requirements.
